Tshirt feels stiff to touch..

So my paintings are usually so stiff, I take not much of paint and it still feels so hard when dry... What am I doing wrong?

Hi, stiffness usually happens due to few reasons:

1) type of paint (are you using fabric paint or regular acrylics?)

2) too many layers of paint

3) not letting paint layer to dry completely before applying the next one (this one is the most common)
